We're a Filipino mass media organization built around campus journalism education and media literacy — connecting student publications, training the next wave of campus reporters, and giving young Filipinos the tools to tell their communities' stories responsibly.
What we stand for
Good journalism doesn't start in a newsroom — it starts from initiative, with a student learning to ask the right questions. JourKnows PH exists to strengthen that starting point: training campus journalists in ethics and craft, and helping every Filipino to have access in Journalism.
Who we are
JourKnows PH grew out of the campus journalism community itself, namely from "Campus Journalist Ako!"—student writers, editors, photographers, and designers who wanted a shared space to learn from each other. We run workshops, share resources, and spotlight the work coming out of publications across the country, because a stronger campus press today means a stronger press corps tomorrow.
